I have been having a bunch of problems with windows XP, i was wondering if any of you are using 2000 pro and if and how well NFSU runs on it. I know that some games can get buggy with 2000, even if you use compatability mode.

As far as I know I have had no problems wit 2000pro. What type of problems do you have?

Well my problems wasnt with NFSU but with stability i used to use 2000 and it workd allot better for me also since i have an old computer and a smaller HD it tends to waste less recources.

yes, even tho xp is newer. 2000 seems to be the best and so does the 2003.

I have no probs with winXP (home). When I have problems, it is my gfx who is the troublemaker.

(a simple gf mx440 64)

& Red Alert 2 was much easier to play than Generals...

man I didn't even know how to make units let alone see wich are better.... hehe....
Generals I did understand.. but after I beat the game on Hard and Zero hour also, but only thing I had problems with was the General challenge on hard in the last level....
same idea, just find good units

and build a damn lot of them
