usb mouse

Post by subby »

Has EA Games come out with a patch for usb devices for NFSU yet?

My usb mouse is not compatible with it, it continusly scrolls thru the menu, so can't get in to controller settings to change joypad settings.

If your controler has a 'throttle' on it, make sure that its all the way down (joystick) or in the exact middle (Wingman Rumble Pad). Else it can and will cause this problem, especialy if its a Wingman Rumble Pad.

I have a ps2 to usb adapter, and a playstation controller plugged in. It seems to be the problem, thou i have seen and heard others using it fine.

I unplugged it, and game works fine, so i am stumped :?:

That would also be a prime candidate for conflict. There isn't a PlayStation/PlayStation2 to PC adapter on the market who's drivers arn't flakey at best. The most troublesomg ones being for PlayStation2 controlers due to improper pressure sensitivity with the drivers. They can reak havok in quite a few games. Which can be very frustrating :(
