display options..??

hi,
i have nVidia geforce4 MX 4000...intel pentium4 2.8 G.H....512 Mb DDR-SDRAM...
my OS is XP Pro

in NFSNG i have the following display options are turned to off and i can't
turn them on:"Car Headlight- Crowds-Light Trails- Motion Blur"...does any
one know why i can't turn them on???

you cant...thats all,no patch or anything could fix it...just buy a new card..thats the problem..it was mainly with the MX series cards so all you can do is buy an fx card or buy any ati dated from 9600 or better....sry and good luck.
