Help on the graphic car download!!

I have the ugly,not detail textures,can see through the cars of the cars that i just download for nfshp2.This happen to every cars i download.the textures,graphic,details of the cars are very worst than it shows on the website(before download it).The problem doest happen to the cars that already in the game(cd).Even i have a quite a high garaphic card(Ati).PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!.
