is there any option in the game or a program so i can change the vinyl color ....???(not unique vinyls; tribal or any other.) and decals: can i only use white decals=?????

for the decals you can change the colors to white or black
and for the vinyls there is a button where you choose the vinyl layers, it says: vinyl color just press this button and choose color for your vinyl

And about changing the decal color to black, press the "Z" button (For PC only... If you're using GBA / XBox / PS2 / G.C, I'm terribly sorry)....
