NFS Rivals PSP guide

Does Anybody know where I might be able to download or find English instructions or a guide for NFS Rivals on PSP.
I have it on import, and whilst it is a very good game, the limits of my Japanese reading have been surpassed and I don't really have a clue what I'm doing or what's going on.
