NFSU Bintex help

can someone help me i try to import or export a file then it pops up with a message that says
" an error occurred while trying to decompress texture data "
can someone help me??

Oh!! OK... Now I got it! Looks like the solution I gave was waaaay outtapoint.
Now this is what I did. Replace the whole SUPRA folder in the Underground section at C:\....\ CARS\SUPRA folder to a fresh new original one from the CD 1 CARS\SUPRA folder. Once you've done that, the error will be gone instantly.
