it is posiblle that at UNDREGROUNG other online players to see me COSTUM vinyl made by my with PHOTOSHOP ........please help .......???? i might think tah is posible with a program that put a vinyl in the game but not replaceing the game vinyls .........

In order for someone else to see a custom vinyl, they would have to have your custom vinyl replacing the same vinyl you replaced.

if you have played COUNTER-STRIKE.....you so that other players had changed their tatto or spray logo and you can see his costum spry logo .....and that spray logo is a picture .....and the vinyl is also a picture ......so it might be posible...

Indeed. Plus CS tags are designed to be shared online (well duh, it's an online game). MW on the other wasn't intended to be modified so the game doesn't transfer any graphic data between peers. It always uses local files, in which case any modifications made only show on the pc they are made on.
If you want other users to see your modifications, you have to send them the modified material and instruct them on how to use the material.
