Help with templates

hi i am wanting to make a vinyl for my self but when i download the template it has a load of lines on it do u know how to get them off cos they show up on the car when ive done the vinyl and it looks shiznit so plz tell me how to get them off

If you are using photoshop, go to layer settings windows.
Then select the wireframe layer.
Click on the bolt to unlock the layer.
Then go to Layer ---> delete layer.
Done
