NFS:U Structure

Is there anyway of getting cars like an Integra Type-R or Celica available near the start of the game by editing a couple lines of data or using some kind of tool? The closest thing i have to that is to fast forward to the level where the car becomes available and that's jus crap, in my opinion of course - so can anyone lend their knowledge? LoL
