change engine sounds in nfshp2

Please,...can the very poor engine sounds in nfshp2 be changed???
nfs4 had wonderful engine sounds...can these be imported/tweaked?

i feel this issue really lets down the atmosphere of the game....these powerful cars should not sound like lawnmowers.

Also,..i cannot setup gas/brake pedals correctly,....either gas or brake...are they not on a separate axis?

Look into the nfs6/audio/sfx folder. There will be a file called car.ini. In this file you can change the engine volume and turn it up. this will not change the sound but it will increase the power.

You can also try changing the gen.bnk file of nfs6 with the one of nfs4, but I wouldn't recomend it.
