If you are using Need For Speed 5, then all you have to do is get File Editor, and open the .sim of the car you want to edit, and change the tires to a - number instead of a possitive. You also can get a Model editor program, such as ZModeler and unpacking the files and editing the staus of it and re-packing the car.

Hey Evil Editor, I have Zmodeler. I can import crp files but not export them. Maybe old version, Vhich should I use?
