How to tweak A.I in hot pursuit 2?

I've had the game for several weeks now, and I find it too easy, even on the highest difficulty level. I would like to know how to make the A.I more agressive, just like when I play online with real players. I tried fooling around with the ini files in the AI folder, but I know doodle about this stuff.
