I can't make tracks so could someone make one for me?

Could someone make a track for Need For Speed 3 or 4 with a city like approach. One where you first go straight for ages, turn 180 degrees and go half of the track on the other side then left 90 degrees and go a bit more forward and then go 180 degrees right and then go forward until you need to go 90 degrees to get back to the start. I would like this track with lots of houses and buildings from other tracks surrounding the road.

Please!!! Please could somebody create a track like this! Please, please, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have never made tracks before, so unfortunately i can't take ur request. however, i can recommend a person called will.as far as i know he is highly recommended and a really good track editor. i don't know if he takes requests, but u could contact him on this email address and see what he says.
