Car Editing\Creating - How?

How do people create and edit cars for either Need for Speed 3 or 4 or 5

I really need an answer!!!

There are tools available for editing cars and tracks in all three games.
For nfs4 dl zmodeler or carcad, for nfspu there's Erix's Porsches with lots of tutorials and for nfs6 it's oedit for meshes and fsh tool for the textures.
