oiftool won't open

do you know how to convert .oif to .o with zmodeler because my oiftool
won't open.

I can convert .fce to .oif but !!!
I try to install the VB6 Runtimes to solve the problem but nothing to do.

- You most likely have them already. If the program does
not run or gives an error message about MSVBVM60.DLL,
download this from Microsoft's website and install it:

p.s I have a p4 1,5 256mg ram gforce32 400mx with xp pro

unfortunately there's a bug in the OIFtool, if you try to convert an .oif that originally came from HP2 it will crash.

Run the shortcut from the startmenu, dont run the exe file.
