Well, I can't post screenies because I didn't take a screenie when I did it and Carbon sort of doesn't work for me anymore, but in Carbon for PC with a Carrera GT, manual, full ultimate upgrades, good tuning, Nikki, and lots of N2O, I got 289MPH (465km/h) on South Fortuna's freeway straight area. (No trainers either, in case I even have to say it.)

I reached 471Km/h (291MPH) with Viper. And I made a video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sisaBE0m7ew

The real top speed of Viper is 465~466Km/h but with a little of luck I hit 465Km/h, went down to 457Km/h and went up to 471Km/h.

And sorry for my bad english. But I think you can understand what I said.
Each class has specialization in performcance. Like the following:
TUNERS- specializes at handling
MUSCLES- specializes at acceleration
EXOTICS- specializes at top speed

Because Dodge Viper is a muscle car, it accelerates faster than normal cars because of it's high acceleration performance. Comes with NOS, ehhh... you can really create a hellish speed.

586 mph. No cheating, no hacking.
What? I didn't glitch! I didn't try to go to San Juan with the bus stop challenge glitch and start falling randomly reaching high speeds, heck no!
