Did some more testing and RX7 is way faster than the s2000 in the end, but it's also much harder to start with.
With the S2000 it's quite easy to get a perfect start with a keyboard and it's almost impossible to do it with an RX7.

Gonna try some more :)

Edit: Nope, the thing won't go over 390...

Well then I juast have to try some more on Highway 1 :)

Well 389.65 Km/h is fast enough for me :)

Do you think that a Skyline can go faster, it has one more in top speed, dosen't it?

No, RX7, S2000 and Skyline have the same topspeed rating.

The RX7 is hard to shift, I only managed once to get the perfect 6. But, as we figured out, it's not the perfect shifts that get us to those speeds. Bobyx Rx7 is perfect example. Just 1 out of 6 but 389.6km/h. Nice. Gotta try harder now!
YOu said it won't go above 390 - are you absolutely sure?

What's the deal with drafting anyway? How does tapping left or right increases the top speed? I don't get it. Oh and do you leave the traction on?

paco, the thing with drafting is that by driving that close behind another car, won't give as much "air-resistance" and will therefore let u go faster :)

(was that ur question? lol...)

I think its easier to blow the engine if you use nos at the end or if you're drafting. If you start using nos at the beginning until thr 6th gear you should get a higher speed. Thats all I do but I can't tell how fast I've been going compared to the KMph Speeds posted here . I use MPh but I haven't paid attention.

http://www.convert-me.com - choose speed and enter the mile - click convert and you'll know exact km/h. It's a useful site for any conversion.
