Need For Speed: No more snappy titles.
Need For Speed: No more snappy titles.
seriously, these titles are getting really dumb... can't they just follow an old series? Underground? Hot Pursuit? Or probably just "Need For Speed". Why is it that everytime I type in "Need For Speed" on the google toolbar, it always has a new title every year? Why can't it just say "Underground 3" or "Hot Pursuit 4" or just regular "Need For Speed 16"? Why is it always... so damn stupid?

They should hand NFS to EA Sports and just call it NFS 2009, along with NBA, NHL, and NFL.

I am all for that. Let's go back to the beginning and make NFS Underground 3.

An NFSU3 would be risky, but I say go for it. They need to introduce a "killer app" for it though. (XD) I mean a feature that appeals to the player... also a different concept, an exotic setting...

Because those EA Sports games change very little every year. Players change teams, teams may be addad or removed, shirts change, sponsors change, gameplay may change, but the essence remains. But NfS changes a lot every year. MW, Carbon and Undercover may have been called Hot Pursuit or Underground as well, I agree. But new names make each installment more recognisable too.
