That's my other NFS idea.
NFS Around The World.
This Need For Speed will have a 3D Earth that you can drive around with Cross country police chases and when you get high enough heat level you can be pursued by Interpol, FBI, CIA.
And will have numerous game modes.

I think that it will happen 25-30 later.

Well if you look at Euro Truck Simulator 2 it looks pretty doable as in that game you have the whole of the EU to travel in and it scales really well! Considering the size of that game (about 2GB!) the graphics can be improved and there could be lots of cars added and customization too. . I hope EA looks into it as it would be awesome.
