BUYING CAR'S IN GAME WITH BOOST

I bought the nissan silva police car in game & i did not get the features with it like [power ups, car slot, 7day rep & cash amp]... then i went on my other driver & bought the ford focus on the web page & i got everything with it... is it some kind off bug why i did not get them with the nissan silva police car or is that just how it is. if not u guyz need to wrok on it [ASAP].{plz reply nfsw}
