Maybe you should think of the leaderboard where players can not use powerups?

Any time will be accepted when someone upload pics or video.

I honestly would like that.

I don't play World for any record, but do some racing without power-ups is great. The only one available would be the nitro start-up, other than that, no power-ups at all sounds good to me.

Yes, perfect start is the only thing which u can't proof in pic.

Think that is the best way to race. Skill mods yes, Perfect start, extended Perfect Start, Power ups no, no, no. Could have a rooms for no power ups. Make the players cars gost to eliminate the bashing and sync issues on the servers.
