Nice progress, but it seems like you still have a very long way to go. Visuals don't matter that much, but the car handling in particular needs a lot of work, as well as the track design.

Anyway, keep it up

the physics are stock from hl2. This vid is to demonstrate the track.

The track itself is enjoyable, it just needs some hills which are such a pain to implement.

The difference is night and day really.

The changes in elevation not only look better, but are more interesting to drive on now.

lol @ the jump

Good stuff, it looks ten times better now. Would it be hard to tilt/curve the track sideways? A few mild bankings and off-camber corners would really top it off. Just to make it feel it bit more dynamic and "real."

Oh, and bumps would be cool too. :)

I can do bumpy roads or add imperfections but banking the road would not be possible at all. I tried. When the map compiles, the geometry acts goofy.

Nice! lol the banking is a little extreme for suburan streets but that is pretty sweet :) Cool carmodel too.
