Jesse Abney's Guide to SHIFT Settings

Post by Bojan »

A new article is up on the official NeedforSpeed.com website with Need for Speed SHIFT producer Jesse Abney explaining the control settings in the game - how each should be set for a controller or a steering wheel and what each option actually modifies in game. A must read for everyone as the default settings may not the best for everyone.

I guess us keyboard users would be stuck at twitchy controls...

Hehe, I dont mind playing a keyboard at all. Most of the times adjusting deadzone/sensitivity is more than enough to make it fit my needs.

This is true. My Logitech X3D was not in the list and the X-axis did not work. I had to go to one of the last options and map all the keys. The keyboard worked, which did not surprise me. Someone over at CheatHappens.com says his will not allow him to type in a save profile.
