NFS World "Event Extravaganza" & new patch

Post by Hydro_PT »

Good news for all Need For Speed World players who haven't yet reached the maximum level in the game (Level 50). Starting on November 30th, and for two days only, all events will be available to all drivers above Level 1! Tier restrictions for each event will still be imposed, but otherwise you are free to participate in any event you want. More details in the quote below:
Have you always wondered what awesome race tracks await you at the honorable Level 50 mark? Been dying to try out the toughest Team Escape events but still don't have enough Reputation to do so?

Good news! Tomorrow, Wednesday November 30th, we will be holding our very first "Event Extravaganza" event in Need For Speed World!

For two days only, every single race event will be available to any Driver who is Level 2 and above. This means all Sprints, Circuits, Pursuit Outruns and Team Escape events! Tier restrictions (i.e you need a car which matches the event Tier in order to join) will still be applicable, but otherwise you are completely free to try out any event you desire. Rewards for these two days will be based on your current Driver Level, so you don’t have to be concerned about losing Rep & Cash or power levelling your Driver.

The "Race Now" feature will be disabled during this event, so you can make your event selections via the World Map or by driving up to the event icon in Free Roam. Get your friends and get ready to race!
A new patch was also deployed yesterday, November 29th, with two new cars being added to the game and some usual bug fixing.

New Features: A new Renault Sport Mégane R.S "Gendarmerie Edition" (Cop) has been added to the game and is available for purchase from the Car Dealer. The Ford Mustang BOSS 302 is now available for purchase from the Car Dealer, previously available exclusively with a wallet top-up.

Bug Fixes/Changes: Fixed an issue that caused the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni to sometimes snag on walls when driving at an angle. A missing black stripe was added to the BMW M3 Sport Evolution’s front bumper.
