Sending an E92 into a cliff face is quite fun.
BTW Demo contains 2 races, grip and speed.
Cars: M3 E92 + GT-R Proto.

I hope that we will be soon (next week-latest) available to download the PC demo. First thing I'm going to do is wreck the car.
Well I hope it'll work on my machine (2.53 GHz, 1GB RAM, Ge Force 7600 GS)

Wow that demo was short! The driving was cool good sound and handling.
I just don;t like the whole visual atmosphere. Those balloons, adverts etc. And that commentator.. I like the Juiced 2 style more.

The difficulty was greatly decreased from the demo I played in august. The speed challenge back then was *hard* to finish, this one was a piece of cake, no tricky sections, shorter. Cool demo nontheless.

I liked making other cars eat streetlamps. Or cliff face during the speed challenge, then you get the message "xxxxxxxx's Car is totaled".

What is the car handling like? Could you guys compare it to previous NFS/ other racing games?

There's no Photo Mode in the demo, so us 'mortals' can't show you pics. I guess only people wuth debug 360's can
.
The handling is good IMO. It's not as direct as in Carbon or Forza 2, but it feels good.. It should be a little bit more direct though.

Obvious because the earnings are higher on the consoles. There's a lot of piracy on PC.

Ill do the screens later on today maybe along with a video, even know there are video's out etc.
Demo thoughts: The smoke was cool ive been crashing and doing burnouts more then racing, the graphics are great i would agree with EA about 'photo realistic'. The GTR proto is a nice car handles well also i can get it to drift alittle, strange thing about it is the sound of it reminds me of a tuned up Nissan skyline GTR R34. The BMW is great for crashing

Final thoughts: This demo will kick bumbum! also way better then carbon etc etc.

Re: NFSPS Demo now on XBL !!
Demo mini-review:
-Love the presentation, really stylish. Especially the pre-race handcam'ed screen that shows the stage, cars, crowd and the dancing girl(s).
-Smoke/burnouts are really cool, 360 donuts are even cooler.
-The new handling of the cars are obviously more realistic, cars are fun to drive. People might disagree with me but I think it's kind of like PGR, but with alot more weight and rolling around.
-Damage is not disappointing at all, but sometimes it does leave me scratching my head (head on at 170MPH and the hood is still attached ;o). Cars can't be "deformed" like in Burnout Paradise (EA never promised this anyway).
-Limited shots of nitrous plays alot better, even better than NFSU (recharging nitrous is stupid).
-Speed challenge might sound really straight forward, but I screwed up sometimes. Plus, it's fun and really frigging fast.
-The presence of different levels of assists is great, but honestly I think most of us will be playing with King mode (highlest level), because the other two will help brake for you, yuck.
-Graphics are pretty sharp, even the Nevada Desert looks great.
-Heavy use of product placement, but it's not like we didn't already expect that. Energizer ads in a race event just doesn't seem too fitting.
PS Photo mode better not suck. Replay...well, highly doubt it.
