NFSMW Developer Interview

On the official Need for Speed Most Wanted official website you can read an interview with associate produced on NFSMW, Justin Wiebe. He is in charge of cop AI and career mode. In the interview he talks about the career mode, the world (which now includes coastal regions, countryside, highways, city center and more) and some other game features. Another interesting thing is that he mentions that there is a possibility motorcycles will appear in one of the future releases.

motorbikes are cool in a game like MotoGP. where you play on a track...

but on a street racing game like NFS always was. there is no place for a bike... hitting walls and traffic with a bike... you'll be trown of your bike everytime....

NFS is a car game.... and so it should be...

Bojan you should have told them that when they asked tips for the new NFS games

I had this experience on MC3 PSP... Yes, you will get thrown off the bike if you're hit. But the good thing is, you get to cut through tight conditions in traffic!

Nah.. In MC3, it's just like when you press the RESET button in NFS. Once you fall, you'll wait for about a couple of seconds before you get on your bike again.

OMG please no bikes!! that would so ruin NFS!!

and btw about this game is it true that you cant get any bumper customization??
i pre-ordered it anyway

even if its crap i still want it i mean 12000 lines of cop stuff thats like, i dunno if you can hear em all in a month!

The day they would get ANY TYPE OF BIKE even a bicycle,

I will never buy NFS again! I mean I love cars,

and the suvs in ug2 were bad enough I mean come on who wants to evade cops in a stupid super sports bike when I can be in a gallardo?

@ Krist, it says we will have a limited amount of customation, like they will give us like 6 body kits instead of us choosing from a big list.

Let me tell YOU somrthing. Street bikes could smook a Galerado. Like the Yamaha R6, or the
Kalisawki Ninga.

the R6 is a starter sportsbike...

it's only a 600 cc

a R1 or Hayabusa , Aprillia RSV mille, Honda CBR1000, Ducati 999R.... ooh getting abit out of hand

but a R6 isn't a bad bike... seen a movie where a stock R6 smoked a Dodge viper GTS in a drag

Bikes in the Need for Speed series sound fine to me (Need for â€˜SPEEDâ€™). As long as the driver gets thrown off the bike if an accident occurs, but it shouldn't just take 3 seconds to reset. If you make some stupid error while riding, then it should take at least 10 seconds to reset, or the bike should be totally mutated

(to make accidents more costly)â€¦ But that would just get annoying after a while

Personally I'm not a fan of bikes for a NFS game. I do like bikes in real life and had a lot of fun with a old bike game that was made by the makers of NFS (same time as NFS 3) but forgot the name...

I only had 2 as a demo
