VIV Wizard amd FHS Tool

Two new tools have been released for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 - the VIV Wizard and the FSH tool. The first tool is used for extracing FSH files from VIV files and the second for decompressing the FSH files, which contain the textures. You can download them both here.
