Hot Pursuit Pagani v Lamborghini

Post by Bojan »

Remember the Bringing The Hot Pursuit Cover To Life article posted a while back on making a feature video showing the Zonda and Murcielago from the cover art? The final product is here and I have to say, it looks amazing!

What else to expect from a zonda prototype and a Murcielago...both extremely expensive supercars...

Well yeah I wasn't expecting any crashes but... honestly did they even go over 50 M/h?

What a video! It really catches Hot Pursuit's feeling. The scenery is amazing, and the cars are even more. Loved the "drift" and the scene with the chopper!

@[T][N][3][R]: Those are extremely rare and expensive cars, and they are driving on a mountain road. I don't know if you ever drove on one, but the lanes are not wide, sometimes you can't even have two cars side by side. Plus, it has lots of corners and you have the mountain on one side and cliffs on the other, so if you lose control of the car, it is most likely that you will crash or go down the slope. Going over 80 km/h would be too dangerous, especially because this is a promo. :)

I think it was good, speed is not the main "focus" of this video, at least that's what I think.

Perfectly aware. But that doesn't mean it's not boring :)

Anyway I already own the game but... if I hadn't I doubt I would buy it after seeing this :P

Just for the record tho, seeing a Zonda and a Lambo crash into each other would be really cool...

Would it cost more to create a CG movie like this? A lot more could have been done and the video would be a lot more entertaining. It would be an in-game unlock just like the Ferrari 360 Modena video was in Hot Pursuit 2. It's a nice video anyway.
Seems like this website is a ghost town. No longer worth a visit or anyone's time.

Dude, that video just adds more epicness to NFSHP! XD

BTW, it should be the actual intro, and it reminds me a lot NFS III Hot Pursuit intro :D

The only risk is if there is no risk at all.
