@ darknight: You'd have to be a crazed idiot to throw your remote at the screen. If they wore the strap correctly (meaning tightly) the way it's supposed to be, there wouldn't be this problem.

Yeah pretty much, tighten the Wii strap a little, it's impossible for it to fly off.

some people have actually thrown their controller through their parents 7K$ tv not on purpose but by accident since some of the movements made by players can be very forceful that the controller could fly out of their hands. there was alot of news stories a while back when the wii first came out

Nah, the wristbands are what caused those accidents. Stupid people who don't tie it to their wrist but instead just hold the end of it in the hope that it'll send a harder shot in Wii Tennis, wrist strap breaks, controller goes through the TV Screen. The wrist straps can't be helped, but stupid people can be.

The wristbands for the Wii remotes were a lot thinner than they are now when they first came out.

Also, if your Wii came with the thin straps you can call Nintendo and get some of the thicker straps for free. That's if you really care . . . personally I don't even use the wristbands.

360 Elite a fake? I don't get this They say the Elite is the only one with 1080i? The other $400.00 one has it too...is it only because its blak and has a 120 GB hard drive, is it really even worth it?

Well if you don't have a 360 now then yes, it uses the HDMI which is easier to use (if you have a tv that uses HDMI of course) and it has a 120GB HDD...thats a helluva lot of space for a console lol

A lot of space, yes, but what are you going to use it for?

I'm having trouble filling the space of 60GB for the PS3, that's as much as a cheap laptop, but it doesn't have an OS like a laptop.

Music, movies, game demos, themes, pictures, shows, and more. Not everyone just uses the 360 for gaming ya know.

Koenigsegg, have you tried PS3 Home? It's sort of like the sims except it's free.

thats cool, but will it cost to download the content, like the xboxlive market place

The game itself is free, but only some items in it will cost money. The majority of the items will be free. I like the fact that you can put your movies on a flash drive or something then load them up on a tv in your virtual house, or play your music through a radio.

Haven't tried Home yet, considering that positions for the BETA Trial are filled in a tournament for the game I don't have...

Looks pretty darn cool, though!
