Nice info, It still feels like a game worth getting, to bad you need a PS3 for it, and I doubt I would like to spend so much on something just to play 1 game.

Is there anything known about costumising in the game, even if it was minor stuff (spoilers and rims orso)

BTW why does Imageshack suck so much??... must be the worst image hosting site ever... man downloading stuff from them is SLOOOOOOWW

well, in gran turismo 4 they had a wide array of rim and spoilers, and of course performance parts (hundreds)
Kazunori Yamauchi said he would have liked to put bodykits and decals in the game but it was too much for the ps2, so maybe this time around there will be some good customization options this time around

ZOMG!! 0_O Haven't seen those pictures before. LOVE the interior views... very detailed, though they could improve on the rear-view mirrors (wtf is with the pixilated blobs? ).
Really looking forward to GT5:P though... I'll definetly be owning a PS3 when it comes out.

Edit: Do I see live weather at the top-right of the menu screens? Nice! :D

Are you sure that looks nice?..? An old 90's PC could do the magic you see in the rear view mirrors.

To me they seem to be much better than you're making them out to be.

New info, from gamers-creed.com:

"Various new online features will be announced and the game will be playable at the Leipzig show this month

GT:HD Concept will be removed from the PSN network when Prologue is released

GT Prolouge will be Home compatible

There will be a “My Page” screen selectable from the title. Having given the online race component a lot of thought, the “My Page” will store your friends list, even calender, ranking etc. The online component will try to build an online community like social networking sites like “My Space”, “Mixi” (Japanese MySpace equivalent)

While the game is called “Grand Turisimo Prologue” it will be less like an arcade mode but closer to a simplified version of “Grand Turismo Mode” in the other GT games; making money, buying cars, etc.

It will be a Grand Turismo “World”. In the final version they would like to have people be able to walk around a town and look at cars. They will creating each detail of the city as well as the car. Other then Tokyo they will have scenic views like natural environments as well.

GT:Prologue will have 40 cars and 4 race tracks (8 different configurations). Including tracks not seen before.

When asked about downloadable content, he responds “not right now, but likely later on”. When asked if the “Grand Turismo Award” winners from the 2006 SEMA shown in Las Vegas will be available; tuned 1960 Corvette and HKS CT230R Yamauchi responds, “I think one of the them. ”

Cockpit view will be available. If you are using the steering wheel you can look around in the cockpit using the d-pad. For instance, it the Ferrari F430 you can appreciate the shine off the carbon fiber and the quality of the black leather seats. You can tell the quality difference in the leather of the Ferrari versus other cars.

In Gran Turismo 5 you will be able to fully customize the interior.

Depending on which car you drive your clothing will be different. Different helmet designs and other details that relate to the car manufacturer."

“Grand Turisimo Prologue”
I'm not going to take gamers-creed.com seriously if they can't even spell the title of the game properly  .

Contrary to your belief, lots of people spell Gran with a "d" because they are not Italian. Only purists of the series (except for me) would spell it without a d on purpose. Me? I don't particularly care, Gran means Grand anyway. As for the extra "i" in turismo, there is only one explanation for it: a simple typo. Ever heard of those?

Yes, though I'd naturally assume any gaming site like that would pick up such a noticeable mistake like that... wouldn't you think? ;) Anyway, lets move on...

Onto the info at hand, which is most likely true since they got it from a magazine, this sounds more like a full game than a simple prologue.

It's not missing an "i" it's missing an "o"... anywayz it does matter to me whether they misspell that becuase #1, theyre professional gaming site and #2, it shows that the people working there are buiness men and not actuall "gamers".... thats why i read gamepro, becuase i expect to hear what a gamer thinks of the game i was about to buy.
Well now that ive expressed my opinion i'd like to end with a closing statement...OMFG thats the most beautiful game i've ever seen. All of a sudden i have the will to save up for a PS3.

Good choice. And it's not missing an "o", this is the true spelling: Turismo.
