What you thought they'll be doing it for free forever? Get real.

Will GTAIV DLC be free?

Not to mention the fact that Burnout has been retailing for half of what normal Xbox 360/PS3 games for a good few months now. The extra $30 you save (or however much, depending on your region) will be more than enough to pay for all the content soon to be released.

hmmm, just like TDU Beta, they'll let you play it for a limited time online and offline, and then shut both down, but eventually there will be a way to keep playing it offline. :|

I just got Burnout Paradise for PC and I must say, it's an awesome game. Fast-paced races and crashes. Plus, the port is amazingly optimized for PC, I was actually shocked how well it runs and how stable it is, unlike SOME ports (I'm looking at you Rockstar)

Yeah, actually i havent tried it, but i was amazed by how the minimum requirements were so low.

Rockstar Torronto messed up the PC port, maybe R* North should've done it.

You can't do it from the air...

See those yellow/black stripes (look like caution signs,) on the sides of the jumps? Get one set of tires on there, and you'll do a barrel roll in the air. Landing it's a different story...

I read on their page that an update makes you do a barrel roll without landing on your roof. It makes it a whole lot easier, but you still need speed to do it. You can still do multiple rolls. I guess it's useful for people like me. Maybe you could turn it off if you like landing on your roof.

Done that, but I thought you could actually control the car like in Dominator or Revenge.

Sounds like a quick port... but I'm glad Burnout is now on PCs too.

Mmhmm? You use F1 and F2 while you're in the menu to go to other menus, where you can change video, audio, control settings and *GASP* even exit the game. AMAZING!

The game is anything but a quick port. If you want quick ports, look at GTA IV and even NFS: Undercover.

Anyone here know how to restart a race using the new Xbox 360 Paradise 1.6 update? I downloaded it yesterday and everything else looks and works great, but the restart feature has evaded me.

@2furio : My Function keys weren't working for some reason, and i didn't even bother to use the mouse. :P But after the ...ahem.. patch, everything is great!!.

The game is ba, doesn't feel like a port at all. A little bit of a ram hogger, but everything else is perfectly optimized.

Does the PC version of the game already come with the patch or do you have to download it?

Well, the PC version and the patch came out on the same day, so it SHOULD include it.
