I don't think he really died because of the Mile High Club mission
but I'm not sure if that happened before the ending
it makes you think doesn't it :-k

i play online at my local internet cafe every saturday and managed to get to level 40 within 13 hours of total gameplay, unlocked all ak-47, M4 carbine, and AK-74 challenges. last time i checked i think i had 3274 kills and only 13 headshots

and can someone freshen me up on why they are fighting in prypriat and chernobyl in the first place? i never bothered playing single player except the demo.

You're supposed to assassinate Imran Zakhaev who was selling nuclear material from the destroyed nuclear reactor at Chernobyl.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure because I hear his voice before they sky dive out of the plane
although it doesn't say his name when you put your cross-hair over any of the people but all I know is that you can hear him talking at the end

He'd need one hell of a suit to enter that reactor...

Actually, many workers enter the Chernobyl site every day in an effort to clean it up. I think they can't be in there for than 30 minutes at a time though.

The workers are cleaning up only the outside, I'm sure. They completely sealed the reactor core back in '87. The retaining wall was predicted to have a lifespan of 20. Guess what - It's been 20 years.

No, they work on the inside, even in reactor four where it all happened. They install supports to keep the crappy concrete up in one piece, until the new metal enclosure is completed.
And the maximum shift length was 15 mintues, not 30 minutes. All they have for protection are plastic suits and respirators.

April '06 National Geographic, if you're interested.

And alot of the workers did not survive it (died later on due to the radiation) or the ones that did survive have all kinds of diseases I don't know if there was anyone who doesn't have any side affects.

But It's just a game so I don't take it seriously. I haven't played it yet, but I don't think I'll find it too fun because I've never liked army-ish games where you had to follow exact orders or fail. Crysis and Halo are the types of games that are awesome.

So now I have this game and ITS ******* AWESOME!!! I love the intros before the map... Not just some loading screen that shows a pic. And Iove how the game begins with YOU being the president getting killed. Al-Asad looks like Gordon Freeman. XD The music is awesome as well. 20/10 score. The graphics look awesome when maxed out. I keep them at max.

/ends the rant on how great CoD4 is

I made 2 profiles the first time i installed the game both times i reached rank 55 with 5000 difference between kills and deaths (kills being more), then my motherboard fried (that would be 1-2 weeks ago) and i had to get a new Motherboard and had to reinstall windows, so i lost my profiles and had to restart (wohoo there goes 2 months of playing :x ). Now i have reached Lvl 55 again and i have 3500 difference in a smaller amount of time. Now tomorrow i have my new computer so guess what.......RESTART AGAIN, oh the joy of starting all over again #-o :x .

Now my pointS in all of this is:
-Why the heck didn't Infinity Ward put the ranks on their servers :?
-If i were playing on a console i would have been Lvl 4 Prestige mode by now
