10tacle studios (GTR2) has developed a pretty nice game about the new M3. It's available at the BMW website, completely free.

its uber hard to drift, but once you start getting used to shifting to 2nd and whipping it around, you feel like a DK. only problem is the same long load times that i get in GTR2....

yeah in fact its a GTR2 mod, but they made it like a game apart

it's very realistic, some BMW engineers helped out in that part.

EDIT: Hey, nice download speed (from bmw.com). Didn't take long to get(~830kB/s, about 7 mins for the whole 345MB file). Opinions later on.

I installed the game but it locks up My PC when I go to race I m gonna update to the Catalyst 7.9 and see if that helps.

First impressions:

Looks and feels very nice. Obviosly limited as a game, but an excellent showcase for BMW. Physics seem realistic, though I haven't really pushed the limits yet.

So far my best time on Nurburgring GP is 2:25.347. Should see what I can get with my steering wheel.

I got 2:22 with TC on lvl 1 and no other assists, except ABS. i like it, someone should create a nfsunlimited server or so .. so we could compete.

Good game, i like it, it just needs a wheel for the complete experience.

well. how about a nfsunlimited dedicated server, with a password, so only users could join

2.18.xxx with the keyboard, the Hot Lap is saved

2:18.546 fastest so far, not quite perfect lap yet but not very far from it either.

Damn, I 'm getting owned. Guess I should make better use of the aprons.

2:17.517 after a few laps.. Kinda need to get used to the controls as I recently got back into playing MW again.

I'd like to see videos of you guys getting such good lap times. Not that I don't believe you, I just want to say how you do it.

The Hot Lap save .VCR file isn't very big (122 kB) so I could attach it even here if you'd like ?

Umm... sure, I guess. I'd have no idea what to do with it, though. I assume there's a folder you need to put it in?
