Not too bad... but I'm getting worried that the last 2 cars won't be the Nissan GT-R (possibly V-Spec) and Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4.

The GTR SpecV will be in. Whether it's this carpack or a later one, I don't know.

So I scored an Xbox 360! My friend gave me his broken one (2 RROD) because he didn't want to go through the fuss of fixing it and his warranty is up. I read somewhere to try and vacuum out the dust with a high powered vacuum... It worked! So all I need now is a hard drive and I'm set! At least until it breaks again. So hopefully I can start playing this game more, because I haven't been playing nearly as much as I'd like to.

Anyway, here are some shots I took while tuning some drift cars:

Locked-up entry at Silverstone.

Carbon roof NA.

3-wheelin' sideways! Wooo~

EDIT: Added the SpecV and 599XX to OP (added the rest of the carpack as well)! :D

Just bought the car pack, though I haven't actually tried any of the vehicles out yet. I gotta save up some credits for that 599XX, ridiculously priced at 2.5 million.

Well a new DLC will be out 12-01-2010

with yet again all new cars ('09 and '10 models)

- Aston Martin One-77
- Audi R8 LMS '09
- Audi RS6 '09
- BMW M6 Coupe '10
- Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport '10
- Ford Shelby Mustang GT500 '10
- Lotus 2-Eleven '09
- Pagani Zonda R '10
- Porsche Boxster S '10
- Saleen S5S Raptor '10

I got a bit of mixed feelings about this DLC, there are some nice cars in the pack, like the Lotus, I never expected it to be in the game, so for me it's a nice addition.
Cars like the M6 and Zonda R should have been in the game from the start, correction should have been added in FM2 (the BMW 6 series was in the first intro movie of FM2) The Zonda R being a new version is a bit different but they should have added a more recent version then just the first Zonda, but atleast now they corrected it.

But a car like the Corvette GS, why did they add that? it's a new base model C6 with some Z06 features.
Why add it? we already got the better spec'd Z06 and the much better ZR1 (LCE owners)

The Audi RS6 is a nice car, love the BiTurbo V10, but why yet again the sedan version, why not the Avant, it's a much better looking car imo.

The rest are nice cars, I find it weird that they replaced the Holden that was planned with the Saleen, because the Saleen is by the looks of it not going into production.

The Audi RS6 will probably be the free vehicle. Not sure if this one is worth buying though, as in addition to what TheStig said, there is already a Cayman in the game, making the Boxster pretty useless and other than the One-77 and S5S Raptor, the rest just don't have that wow factor. The updated Shelby GT500 isn't really much of an addition either.

Think I'll pass on this one.

Yeah it isn't a very interesting pack, was hoping they gave us something else then a other new car pack (although the M6 isn't new ofcourse it hasn't changed since it came out. as far as I know)

I will atleast get the free car so I can see all new cars in the game with online play.

There are rumors that there will be a Classic rally themed pack, with the Lancia 037, Toyota Celica GT4 (ST165 or ST185 aka older models) Mitsubishi Starion, Ford Escort Cosworth and others
From what I read they are pretty solid rumors and could well be the Februari pack...

IMO Turn 10 isn't making the best profit they can with these themed carpacks (2 packs of new cars, 1 classic pack (free)) it would be wiser if they mixed stuff up and gave us some US muscle, Japanese tuners, Classic cars, modern exotics etc
And do that for every pack so you make more people happy with every pack, now a lot of people will skip packs.

Yeah, the way they're doing it right now makes it so that people who like certain types of vehicles have to also pay for some that they'll never use. If I bought this carpack, I'd never use over half the vehicles more than once.

If they had the additional option to purchase individual sought-after vehicles (for example, the One-77 and Saleen S5S Raptor from this carpack) for maybe 40-80 M$ points each, that wouldn't be so bad.

Better yet, they should just give these carpacks away completely free, though that's being too optimistic.

Why the hell did I just spend ~1400 of my 1500 M$ points buying Rock Band 2 songs last night when this was coming out?

Nice photos, AG! The shot of the Camaro in New York is fantastic.

When uploading your photos, though, I recommend you use Flikr. The photos come out much more crisp.

I don't have a flickr account haha. But yeah, in game they look much sharper. Not to mention the fact that I had to reduce their size on M$ Paint and upload as a .bmp which tinypic then converted back into a .jpg.

Those are absolutely wonderful photos, Zero260!! I once attempted to take some shots in that location but I couldn't create anything as visually appealing as yours (or, if you've seen it, the one where it's a black and white AE86 with a realistic rust vinyl layer).

One thing that's kind of disappointing in Forza 3 is that people who aren't well known in the community often don't get enough credit for their photos. For example, I only have a few dozen views on all my pictures IN TOTAL! And then some popular person uploads a picture of a car that got into an accident that managed to get the car up high in the air and it becomes a most viewed, top rated image.

Here's a couple more:

Yeah if you have Forza 2, you'll be blown away by Forza 3. You could spend literally dozens of hours on just taking pictures and viewing other community pictures (in full HD) that are comparable to real-world professional photography.

Good thing about the latest DLC is that the Lotus 2-Eleven is the Free car. did not expect that.
It is one of the most original ones in the pack...
so for those who want the Lotus... it's free

Yeah, that surprised me quite a bit, in a good way. Haha makes the premium DLC look less appealing, though.

Well if you're sharing photos often, I recommend you create an account. It's through Yahoo!, so if you have a Yahoo! e-mail account, you can just log in. I really think it makes all the difference.

Yeah, I have seen the rusted AE86... Amazing paintwork. I've been meaning to find that in the Storefront. And I totally agree with the community comment you made. The Forza community (especially in the forums) is all about respect. It's kind of ridiculous and it seems creates a lot of drama.

Yahoo! can suck it, it's all about Gmail. It probably would make a significant difference, but I don't often have a need to share high quality pictures. If you want to see them in all their HD glory, search up my Storefront -- Nestle F Snipes.

Yeah, there's way too many talented individuals that are getting overshadowed by internet-toolz.

That is true, but full HD? Not too sure on that, the raw images come out at around 1280x720 I believe which is nowhere near full HD. And the pictures come out a bit blurrier and less crisp than the gameplay graphics, not to mention the fact that I'm running this with a HDMI cable as well.

Here's a link to my Storefront anyway:

It's never too late to switch ;) . Anyone have any idea what the new Nurburgring track pack is all about? I thought the Ring was already included in the game.

Forgot to update the topic, but yeah the Nurburg ring pack is the februari DLC.

It's the GP track, the Nordschleife is already in the game but the new GP circuit is not, so the new pack is the new full track and the short version of it.
