What kind of cable is used to recharge a ps3 controller?

i lost mine and got to get a replacement. im hoping i can just got to this battery shop and get a replacement cheap because they have a lot of usb type of wires. just hope it's not a ps3 only type of wire, dont want to go to gamestop and spend like 30$ it

It's not a special cable.
It's a normal usb-connector in one end and a mini-usb connector in the other end.
You could probably get a generic cable for just a few bucks, depending on length.
