Handling.cfg file

Has anyone spent any time trying to modify the handling.cfg file?I tried to understand it but not made a great progress,though i made some improvements in a few cars.If someone could help,please do it.

I tis pretty easy. It is like in GTA3.

The list at the top identifyes the letter function and some range posibilities:

Then the letters corespond to a data row:

Here, the rows dont match because of some thing with the forum, but in the readme they should do. To enhace the performance of a car you just have to change the values in an apropiate way.

There's a handling.cfg editor available where you easily change the acceleration, top speed, grip and more... I think the multiedit does the job. Not sure though.
Check the tools here.

Thanx guys..I'll look in the tools section...Seems to be easier this way..
Btw, the first time i changed sth in this file, i started a new game and i had put the wheels of the vehicle in a strange position.So in the first video that shows the car with the lawyer and tommi that is supposed to stop in the alley by the hotel never did.It kept going until it went out of the screen and nothing else happened..It kept showing this image(the alley) and the game never started.. :D

The wheels where probably too high, so thet the car's floor touched the pavement, therefor, it couldn't brake.

I know, but it was fun..I didn't expect that you could change and the videos.I thought that they were not using any game files but were just preshot and shown in game...
