Lighten up, if you look properly he has tilted the frame angle, meaning its impossible to do it pixel by pixel without repixelating the whole base. Anyway, with the 'not so professionals' hanging around this site, we won't enforce the pixel by pixel rule much.
Anyway, I know some very good tuners that use photoshop, and using photoshop still using pixels, just on a larger scale.

Traditional pixel art like kk will have followed those rules, now with these scaled and heavilly detailed cars the boundries are wider. Literally pixel by pixel isnt the case. Anyway, why are we arguing about this when we have already estabished the fact that Bogans car is tilted.

Here's a (very) crude drawing of what I'm talking about. You're rear bumper is flat, but I think it would look better if it were at an angle.
