Decided its time to reveal my current progress.
I present to you the... uuum.... well heres my drawing...
Ah them summer days... I can see myself now
Ive just gotta get some suiting rims on there and I think ill take another big step and add a nice background that I have in mind. The reflections look pretty random but they are actually thought out, I might draw up a reflection tut sometime as requested.

Cheers t3ice
I'm in serious trouble, unless I make some big changes to my sketch (or just start over
). I love those headlights Tunerfreak.
Edit: Yes, I might start over again. Needs better angles and more realism anyway.
(Might need extra time though, because some things are in the way... Melbourne, tests, etc)

More time should not be a problem, especially seeing as there isnt any final entries in yet.
I reckon you could finish that drawing off, maybe after the competition, becuase I am quite drawn to that concept design look to it.

Edit: Ahh, found a year on some other work which says 2000, so I was turning 12 then

(They were all drawn in the same year)
Btw Tunerfreak: What type of paper are you using for your sketch?
I need to move on from my sketch book for the 2nd attempt.

lol yeh i no, me 2. everyone is heaps better at drawing cars than i am...ill still enter tho.
i still need to do heaps to it. the first thing im going to do now is re-angle the spoiler...and get a better shape to the front end (becasue its way off). ill worry about the detail once ive done that
i would have more done but ive had to start over twice. i was originally doing an eclipse but i stuffed it up and couldnt be bothered fixing it.
ill post a WIP of mine later tonight when i go on the comp with the scanner

Fantastic work bogan
, though I would have to agree with one of the previous comments on the wobbly lines. Try using your hand as a compus (spelling)?
Also, what are you using to draw with? Looks like pen over pencil from the picture.

Nah no pen, just pencil. I've tried using my hand as a compass, but I usually end up smudging half the picture
