Cutting out wheels?

Post by mean2u »

I need help cutting the tire part of the car. I can get the rest of the car out well with poly. lasso but when you get to the wheels, I can't cut it out in a way where it still looks real or doesn't have jaggies. What are your techniques?

What you have to do when you cut them out, is make very small lines, don't make huge lazy selection lines.

^Exactly right.
Though make sure you use the Polygonal Lasso tool every time you need to cut. The standard Lasso tool is inaccurate to use.
