Signature Competition 30: 21st Century Motorsports

Its the 30th comp already ! =D

This time, the theme is 21st Centrury Professional Motorsports. For those confused, here are some examples:

- Formula 1 Grand Prix
- Rally
- Off-Road
- Super GT
- D1 Grand Prix
- Touring Car race
- A1 Grand Prix
etc.

Just remember to keep it legal ! =]

Rules are as follows:

* Resolution restriction is no more than 550px wide, 120px high
* File size restriction of no more than 50kB
* No images from any games, unless it potrays real life race car
* No illegal motorsports such as illegal street racing
* When you have finished your entry off and wish to submit it using "FINAL ENTRY" in RED.

Deadline: 08 July 2007, 6:00PM GMT+0800

Anyone's entries not following the rules will be omitted from the competition.

Okay, so the rules say you can't use a sig you made before the competition, but what if you made the same sig again? (I really liked my previous NSX sig.)

Also, we're not supposed to use images from games, but can we use renders?

You can make the sig again, but not the same sig. You can use the same NSX but with a different overall signature design. Games are not allowed, including renders. The games that are eligible are those that was made to focus on that motorsport only. So Need for Speed series, Forza series, and Grand Turismo are not allowed. =D

I don't get what you mean, you're contradicting yourself.

Okay then.

Games are not allowed unless it shows a race car that exist in real life. Like drifting, Blitz ER34 Skyline; Rally, Rally Lancer Evo etc.

Got some transparency, Yael? If so, you could try using a netscape grey dither on a .GIF, not sure if that would look better than a .PNG-8, though.

I probably should have tried that with my sig (it's a .PNG-8).
