one rule for pixel cars:
don't use the advantage of PS to add vinyls. you have to put on the vinyl pixel by pixel

its called animated gif, you can use ImageReady for that (or some animated gif tool)
its just placing several pics after one another

I registered at those 2 sites that require it, and it said within the first 10 minutes usually instantly you will recieve a validation email. Well, its been nearly an hour and i still haven'y got anything from them

I don't know... But I prefer to search base car from http://database.mangacars.fr/
, don't need to register & easy to search car (Cars located in groups, depend its manufacter.)
