@ -O_o- : open your sig in Fireworks, and the go to File -> Export Wizard.
Then select the 'target export file size' and enter the size that you want your sig to be (should be 49kb).
Then click 'Continue', 'Continue', 'Exit', and then 'Export'.
Choose your save destination and then you have succesfully compressed your sig.
