You will need one of two things:

1. A hacked uxtheme.dll that allows you to use custom msstyles themes.
or
2. A special program for any other type of style files. There's WindowBlinds, Tune-up WinStyler, and StyleXP to name a few. You'll need to find out what the file extension on the style file and then find which program will open them.

All the programs I've used have been really crappy; just slows my computer down way too much.

I use a hacked uxtheme.dll. No system lag whatsoever. Only problem is that it won't allow you to use all the different theme files out there, but there are some decent ones in msstyles format.

This is just if you want a vista theme. There a progy called vista transformation pack. you install and reboot. Bam your pc looks like you have vista. It comes with sounds, icons, sidebar, and more. Personally, I like it and using it now.

runs smooth, no issues to report. I should mention that the temps are from motherboard monitor 5, not the transformation pack.

I run it (not the latest version, the previous one, I think) and it runs fine.

TuneUp Styler 2 is the best one I think. No lag and it installs instantly.

The Alienware themes are pretty good too, you can download them right off the site. It comes with 5 different themes and you don't need styleXP or anything like that.
