My laptop has a 16:9 screen and I must say that it's rather nice. I never really understood the point of 16:10 screens. The 16:9 screen is real widescreen and now I can watch my shows full screen without any bars at the top and bottom. Plus, I can have two applications side-by-side with no problems.

My father has a (1920 x whatever) monitor with bluray and it looks just good. Hdmi and everything. Im thinking of upgrading to the 360 elite and plugging it into the same monitor since some games come at full 1080 p now.
