Turn the video settings up to max. If you can't do that because some settings are unavailable, you probably need to upgrade your video card.

sorry guys.. i mean on photoshop i want to know how to edit my cars with their reflection on the bottom so i can make good wallpapers out of it.. thank u for your help..

This is the wrong place to ask then.... try the Creativity board for that stuff, but first do a Search.
