I'm a little confused. What I wan't to do is get a car that I have made in the game on to the website. Your instructions can only upload something that is stored in my pictures folder.

1. Create an EA Nation account.
2. Set up your Carbon game with the account details.
3. Enter Photomode and take a picture. The picture will be uploaded to EA Nation's website.
4. Create a Showroom profile here.
5. Edit your Showroom profile account details with your EA Nation username and your game platform.
6. Click the Upload link.
7. For Carbon, click the Import link.
8. Click the Import Cars button.
If you've set up both your EA Nation account and your Showroom Profile right, you'll now see a list of cars that have been uploaded to EA Nation. You can choose which cars to import into your Showroom Profile.
This will upload stock version of the images (i.e. Duel ready, no editing). If you wish to edit, press the Prt Scr key on your keyboard while in the game and then paste into an image editor program. To upload such images follow the directions others gave you.

I'm not gonna get into an arguement with you because of two things.
1.The admins may have to take action and ban either one of us
and
2.You sound like an immature adolescent who needs something to do with thier lives.
Back to the topic...
If you have Photoshop or something just open the file there and go through the top tabs (where "Filters" and stuff are) and find the image attributes and change the res there choose 1024 or 1280, save to jpeg and when the file size (or quality) box pops up then slide it down to 8-9
