Hi there. Here is my problem...
I dont know if any works on showrooms are copyrighted, but i hope they are by their owners. Now ive come up this entry:
http://www.nfsunlimited.net/showroom/entry/42258, and its obvious plagiary/ idea theft of my work:
http://www.nfsunlimited.net/showroom/entry/38198. Now the owner says nothing is copied, but i believe its too obvious, even the "Original ingame graphic" pic is there. Now is that considered copyright violation because i have that same entry uploaded on deviantart.com and copyrighted in there: http://nylaian.deviantart.com/art/Gallardo-77735071
Copyright on Showroom
Re: Copyright on Showroom
Other than the way the car is presented, they do not resemble each other at all... (different colors, different modifications).
As far as presentation styles go, they are very similar but that's not uncommon at all in the showroom. Types of presentations are often similar even if the car designs themselves are not. Might have been polite to ask you if it's okay to use a similar presentation, but plagierism I think it isn't.

Okay, one spot on how the paint reflects from the hood looks similar. The way the paint reflections are drawn look similar in general; however, they both look realistic enough that it's most likely that they're both just done well . The angle is too different for it to be the same work; the source for Frankie's is ProStreet and yours is from Carbon; and the modifications are too different as well. Again, what vellu said: The only similar thing between the pics are the technical specifications in the background, and even then, they're not the same between both pics.
The works are too different for your claim to be seen as valid, sorry. It'd be too hard to modify your car (angle, paint, reflection reworking, and Concept S roof) into his, to the point where it stops being a Photoshop edit and starts being a Photoshop drawing on his part.
