[CTC 15] Undercover Theme Voting

Post by baumaxx1 »

Some simple challenges for you... Not to try to stretch the undercover system too much and to hopefuly allow for more entries, lower turnaround time and more competitive entries.

1. DUB Challenge (Take those fancy rims, slap them on and make a sweet gangster cruiser!)
2. Developer Challenge (Use the EA or Black Box decal)
3. Police Challenge (Make a police-style car)
4. Matte Challenge (Use matte base paint... whatever on top)
5. Inferno Challenge (Flaaaames!)
6. Chrome Challenge (The ultimate in flamboyance. Use all chrome paint and chrome rims to snap necks!)
7. Modern Challenge (Create something futuristic, digital, abstract and high tech. Inspired by forms of digital art.)
8. Pink Challenge (Yes... I went there. Now do you have the Image to attempt it?)
9. Yellow Challenge (Because there aren't enough yellow cars around)
10. Euro Challenge (Tune a European ride)

Any suggestions? Bring them up as usual.

Modern challenge and DUB Challenge! Those are some nice challenges for me. Nothing against the other challenges though, these are challenges I'd like to do in UC.

I have one suggestion - stay off UC and give UG, MW, and Carbon a chance! When was the last time you tried one of those?

I'll vote the day I can get a copy of UC for the PS2.

I never tried them... I've asked if anyone's interested, but from the responses I get, only two or three tuners care.

-Most Wanted: Is the tuning in it really at a level where we can have a showroom challenge with interesting themes? Will anything unique or interesting come from it? It's just too restrictive to tune in and the lack of options doesn't really make it fun.

-Carbon: Yep, it's decent. Lack of interest though. If there are 5 or so cars submitted per week... will people bother when Prostreet is the hot game due to the best vinyl system and Undercover because it's the recent one. Come SHIFT, Undercover challenges may be obsolete... unless people tune for it still.

-Underground: Surpassed by underground 2. You get 20 or so cars a month in the showroom... 15 of them are by one user, lol. A bit of an exaggeration, but if you look, those showrooms are close to dead.

I don't have time to waste these days, and unfortunately if I can run a CTC, I'll try and do one that will appeal to the majority.
