World SRC Theme Voting

Post by Dr Houbenheimer »

After a lengthy break, we have a new Showroom Challenge, this time for Need for Speed: World.

The voting's easy, just choose one of the 3 themes we have available; Muscle, Tuner, or Exotic, and the chosen theme will be used for the upcoming competition.

Poll results will be announced in a weeks time, so get voting!

Tuners look like the way to go in this game, there are barely any muscle cars, and most exotics require a high level to unlock and/or are expensive.

Looks like tuner's taken a massive lead, will be interesting to see if that voting trend continues 8)

@Rizur, yeah Shift 2 sounds good, I guess the next one will definitely be one of UG2/Prostreet/Shift/Shift2.

Meh, i'd rather see some exotic ... it'd be definitely more interesting and ofc harder too. But it doesnt seem there is much chance for anything other then tuner (So far: 15/2/2) :d

BUT U ALL SHOULD KNOW AND PLEASE DONT FORGET TO FORBIT HIDDEN / HACKED BODYKIDS ON CARS THAT TAKE PART ON THAT CHALLENGE!

cause that would be a great benefit... and i also think that there are also many users that doesnt know about hacked kids and so on, so they just vote and dont know that its an unfair post.

well, e.g. you regulary cant install spoiler from the skyline on a silvia...
or there are many hidden bodykids avaible, best example for the gallardo.

since vitaleks did his service and now there is also a free tutorial there are many spam uploads with hacked bodykids.
well i got some hacked kids too but what they do is real spam with advertising background...

edit:
/showroom/entry/59594
z4 hidden bodykid + spoiler from viper

/showroom/entry/59466

Just a gentle reminder of the thread that was posted in the NFS WORLD General Discussion forum by NFSDEVELLIS aka Marc if you should happen to notice anyone using a car with hacked kits, posting pictures of hacked kits feel free to report them to the man who posted that thread.

Vitaleks the author of the majority of the hacks available for the game recently lost his main account and was warned about the hacks he has posted all over the internet.

He has openly said he does not care what happens to the people who use his hacks and he has stated that he does not care
what EA says to him.

Just be warned if you are one of the people that have decided to use his hacks and provide yourself with hidden parts from the files, that posting of or using the cars in question in game could result in all the time and effort and money you have invested going down the proverbial drain with the deletion of your account.

Now ask yourself is your curiosity really going to be satisfied and glorified by breaking the rules?
Can you really afford to break the rules?

They are hidden for a reason, the reason is they will be released at a later date.

Thanks for that MADBIKER.

Additionally, the poll has finished, and in a landslide vote, our theme will be 'Tuner'.
